Susan has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. She is responsible for the finance, accounting, human resources and administrative functions of the firm. Before joining the firm, Susan ran a successful consulting business and served as an interim Chief Financial Officer at a variety of companies. Prior to becoming a consultant, she was the Chief Financial Officer for Endurant Business Solutions, a management consulting firm and previous to that, spent seven years as Vice President and Treasurer of Mutual Fund Operations for Investment Advisers, Inc. ("IAI"), an investment management firm owned by Lloyds Bank TSB Group, plc. Before joining IAI, Susan was a Senior Manager for KPMG, LLP in the financial services audit group. She holds a B.A. in Accounting from Luther College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
