Commitments & Leadership
The partnership seeks opportunities in which more than $5 million and up to $50 million may be invested in one or more rounds of financing, with an average commitment over the lifetime of an investment targeted at more than $15 million. Initial investments may be as small as $1,000,000. The firm prefers to lead the financing round in which it first participates.
